WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In connection to the administration of your registration and the execution of your e-shop orders:

  • Unique identifiers: VAT number, voucher number., order number, etc.

  • VAT number and profession if you wish to receive an invoice.

In connection to data processing in the context of contract performance with employees and suppliers:

  • Basic data of a natural person: name, telephone number, address, email, date of birth, etc.
  • Unique identifiers: VAT, AMKA, ID number, AMA, etc.
  • Financial data: bank account number, IBAN, etc.
  • Professional and educational data, in case you send your CV to us.
  • Health data, in the context of granting leave to our employees, in accordance with the
    respective legal requirements.

The legal basis for the processing of the above personal data is mainly your consent and the execution of a contract. However, in certain cases (e.g. carrying out customer satisfaction surveys) the lawful basis is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the Company.

WHY DO WE NEED THE ABOVE INFORMATION?

In relation to any orders you place from our online store, we need this information to manage your account and order. In addition, this information may be used to send you newsletters with content providing useful information e.g. articles, or/and content promoting similar products to those you have purchased, as well as to receive news from us in cooperation with telephone marketing companies. As regards our employees as well as our suppliers, we keep the above-mentioned absolutely necessary data in the context of the execution of the contract between us.

THE PERIOD OF DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Our Company retains your personal data only for as long as required by the terms of our contractual relationship, in conjunction with the applicable tax, labor and specific legislation on personal data protection and consumer protection, based on the purpose of the processing, and then anonymizes, destroys or delivers them to you.
Please note that the data for the newsletter will be deleted within six (6) months after the last newsletter has been sent.

YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECTS

The Company protects and safeguards your rights regarding the use of your personal data (access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, opposition) by completing the corresponding request form. You are given the opportunity to change your Personal Secret Password and your e-mail address as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your information is you through the above passwords and you are solely responsible for maintaining its secrecy and concealment from third parties. In case of loss or leakage, you must notify us immediately, otherwise the KLINON online store is not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person.

Confidentiality of Transactions: Our store operates in full compliance with the prescribed legislation and regulations and ensures completely secure transaction and confidentiality.
