How It All Began
KLINON is a Greek family-owned company, founded in Athens in October 2024. Inspired by their roots and driven by a shared vision, George and Ernesta – proud parents of twin daughters – decided to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey.
Building on Ernesta’s Lithuanian heritage and strong family ties with Lithuania, they introduced to Greece one of the country’s finest treasures: premium linen home textiles.
Lithuania is one of the biggest exporters of linen worldwide, with a centuries-old tradition in flax cultivation and processing. Linen itself is a timeless natural fiber, admired since ancient times for its unique properties. For us, having direct access to this exceptional material – and to the people who have turned linen craftsmanship into an art form – made the decision to dedicate ourselves to linen an easy one.
